1. No Refunds

All purchases of credits on QUALI-D are final. Once credits are purchased and your account is charged, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any unused or remaining credits.

2. Credit Usage

Credits purchased on QUALI-D can be used to analyze recorded calls and WhatsApp Business API conversations. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that credits are used appropriately and as intended. We encourage you to review the available services and pricing before purchasing credits.

3. Exceptions

In exceptional cases where a technical issue directly related to our platform results in an incorrect deduction of credits, we may review and address the situation on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@quali-d.com with full details of the issue, and we will investigate accordingly. However, this does not guarantee a refund, and any decision made by Devianops regarding refunds is final.

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact us at info@quali-d.com within 30 days of the charge. We will work with you to resolve any issues. However, once the investigation is complete, any determination regarding disputed charges is final.
